Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
Barre helps strengthen and tone your muscles without increasing bulk, and improves your posture. Barre classes at Busy Bodies combines ballet inspired moves with elements of Pilates.
Busybodies provides an evaluation before designing a program for the client. This helps to personalize the program based on the needs of the client
